Shipping policy
Order Processing and Shipping
- One Six Collective ships orders Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 -5pm Hong Kong Standard Time (UTC/GMT+8).
- Orders placed before Midday Hong Kong time will be shipped the same day except during Hong Kong National Holidays and Peak Holiday’s and Sales Events such as Christmas, Black Friday and other busy times.
- During National Holidays and Peak Holiday’s and Sales Events, shipping may take up to 2 business days for an order to be processed and shipped from our storage location.
Where We Ship To
- We ship internationally via trackable air shipment to most countries. Unless there is a trade embargo in place.
- Currently, we do not ship to the Middle East, Russia or Morocco.

Shipping Method:
Standard
- e-Express/e-pack/Economy shipping courier is our standard delivey method.
- Shipping can take around 5-14 working days to reach your delivery address.
Express
- Express Delivery is available at an extra cost.
- MS / DHL/FedEx/UPS can takes 3-5 days depending on your location.
- Please contact service@onesixcollective.com for additional shipping cost before you place an order.
- All orders placed without notification will be shipped via the shipping method.
Tracking:
- All orders include a verifiable tracking number.
- You tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delayed or Missing Orders
- Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for tracking status.
- Once your order is dispatched, One Six Collective will not have any additional order information..
- One Six Collective is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that tracking status as “Delivered”.
- One Six Collective is not responsible for errors made by the local post office or shipping carrier.
- Delayed deliveries could be due to postal error, busy periods or unexpected events.
- Shipments delayed over 60 Working Days from the date of dispatch will be qualified as a “lost delivery”.
- If your delivery qualifies as a “lost delivery” please contact us for full refund or replacement.
Customs and Import Fees:
- We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order.
- Please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free Express shipping.
- We are able to declare lower values for your order on the shipping label to keep your shipping costs within a reasonable range.
- In the unlikely event goods are held at customs, we will not accept liability for any delays or additional charges.
