Refund policy

Returns and Replacements

- Please contact us by email at service@onesixcollective.com if you have a defect, breakage or issue with a figure you received from One Six Collective.

- One Six Collective is a premium retailer and reseller of 1/6 Scale Figures. Products delivered to customers should be brand new and unopened unless otherwise stated or checked by a customs inspector. 

- One Six Collective may offer a replacement, partial refund or repair if your figure arrives damaged, broken or defective. However, this policy will only apply to new products. 

- The customer is responsible for checking the figures on receipt for damages or defects. If any damage or defect is found, this must be reported to One Six Collectibe with accompanying images or video and proof of delivery time. 

- One Six Collective will review each damage case within 48-hours of reciept apart from weekends and national holidays. 

- Replacements or partial refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

-This replacement policy will only be applied to products that are covered in the standard manufacturer warranty period.

- The item must be dispatched back to One Six Collective within 5 days once approving the request.

-If the return package is lost in transit, One Six Collective will not be held responsible or liable for any further losses or damages that occur during the return time frame.

-After the return package is shipped, a tracking number must be provided to One Six Collective.

-If the return package is damaged, One Six Collective will not be held responsible or liable.

-Hot toys official brown shipper only comes with diecast, DX and toy fair exclusive series, this will not be accepted as a reason to request product replacement.

-If a package is damaged in shipping, please contact One Six Collective through email or instagram.

-The return postage fee from the customer’s origin back to Hong Kong will be turned into a discount code for customers to use on the website, the shipping fee from Hong Kong back to the origin will be covered byOne Six Collective.

-This policy will only be applied to products that are purchased on our website.

2. Pre-orders and instock orders 

-All of the first batch pre-orders will be shipped within one working day after the figure is released in Hong Kong.

- Second batch orders will be shipped out within 30 to 60 days after the figure is released in Hong Kong.

-10% service fee will be charged if the customer requests to cancel a preorder or order which is already paid in full.

- All deposits on pre-orders are non-refundable. One Six Collectibe is responsible for remitting pre-order funds to the brand or manufacture within 30 days of the pre-order close date. Therefore, deposit payments are not held by One Six Collective and connot be refunded.

-One Six Collective should not be responsible for the delays in the item’s release.

-The pre-order and instock items will only be shipped after the remaining balance is cleared.
